We are committed to ship products in a timely manner around 5-10 business days; however, we use a third party delivery service company who may unexpectedly experience issues that are out of our control. Some issues may include delay of the shipment, especially during holiday seasons, and non-operational days. In this situation, if a product you ordered has not arrived after the 15th day, please contact us, so we can further assist you. We use Postal Annex in Buellton, California for our delivery service. They implement safety and care procedures to delivery each shipment. Please be advised that all wine shipment requires age verification and signature at the time of delivery. Wine will not be left without age verification. In the case that age cannot be verified, wine shipment will be sent back to our store. Costumer will be responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the package.
